Tutorial 2: How to make a photo look like a painting with Cafe' Bauld
blur tools.  This tutorial demonstrates the ease of transforming
photos into virtual paintings with the blur tools.  



Choose the spinbrush, size 64.  Be sure to choose a large photo (at
least 1200x1200), or else it will be too difficult to control the
paint without blurring too much of the painting.  If the image is less
than 1200x1200, you can enlarge it by selecting the Filter menu, and
"Resize Image".  Next, set the brush intensity for the brush to 50% or
less.  If you set it too high, it will make the canvas too dark while
you are working on the photo.



The image was brightened with a Color Reaction filter to enhance the
balance, and parts of the image were blurred with the Heavy Blend Tool:



Finally, the Brush Intensity was set to 20% and the entire image was
touched up with the Tornado AirBrush and Whirlwind Airbrush tools
until it resembled a painting.  The result is shown below:
